There was a food tasting today for year 8's - lots of different types of French food. They had a list to tick if they tried it and a space to say whether they liked it or not.
Head of Languages saw me wandering unable to find a computer to do my work on so invited me to go along and dig in!
I have to say that most of the food was really not my sort of thing at that time in the morning, although I do have a bit of a problem with eating creatures that look like what they actually are (hypocritcal I know). As a result a lot of the seafood was not something I would have eaten later. There was some rather delicious sounding lamb though, but it was just too early! I managed a chicken vol-au-vent and a piece of sweet bread.
