I trawled around the Estate Agents this afternoon, chatting with the odd mortgage adviser type person and seeing what there is that I could afford that is bigger than my rabbit hutch (did you know I live in a rabbit hutch?)
Anyway, it is all feeling rather scary stuff - at least last time I wasn't selling as well. If anyone wants to give me advice, all is considered!
Basically the tie in to my current mortgage ends in a month and I thought I might see whether I could afford anywhere bigger while changing my mortgage. Anyway, first Valuation tomorrow but I don't think I would want to sell through them as the bloke booking me in was a bit er... eugh.
