I am rather tired at the moment (entirely my fault as I'm not very good at going to bed but work still insists that I turn up at 8.15 - who can figure?) but I am trying to be better about getting more exercise than the one hour of badminton I have been doing.
On Tuesday I went to the gym and was pretty good, Wednesday was badminton and I wasn't great (but not the worst I could be), tonight the last thing in the world I wanted to do was go to the gym, but I did go. I decided that I would swim instead though, cos the water might keep me awake. I only did 30 lengths (750m) but it is better than nothing.
