I did exercise! The first 'proper' exercise since I broke the bone in my foot. I approached all machines cautiously and a few things I didn't attempt at all. The results...
I can use the cross-trainer but wouldn't want to for more than about 10mins at the moment.
I can use the reclining bicycle.
There are various weights machines that are fine.
I still have a lot of gaps in the routine I was given though so we'll see how it goes.
