They have all signed and hopefully the exchange will happen tomorrow. I was told that they are working towards a completion date of 30 June because that is when my mortgage offer runs out. I have said if it can be sooner then that would be good. But at least it now looks like I have a latest date. Of course, until actual exchange nothing is definite - after that if people change their minds there will be a lot of expense.
