It would appear that putting a plaster on my finger to avoid dripping blood around the place and remembering to clean it rather later wasn't good enough. Now I have pencillin which dictates
-take one four times daily
-take at regular intervals (OK so far)
-take one hour before food
-take on an empty stomach (hmmm)
We'll see how that all goes, given I don't get up an hour before I eat breakfast it is going to be a challenge.
And what have I learned? Clean any wound more quickly, or perhaps even straight away. Will I remember next time? Maybe.
