I had considered my options of what computer to buy. I seriously considered Dell - a variety of people have recommended them, one not so much. Instead I bought from PC World - recommended by no-one but an easy option.
So upstairs I now have a 17" flat screen monitor with 160GB of memory, 512MB RAM, DVD RW oh and lots more. Not a complete bargain but also not a rip off - I think. I have set it all up, pondered how much I have to get off my lap top and not used it this evening because it's upstairs and I want to watch TV (mind you, perhaps it's just that Dave has been on the internet).
