How fantastic is it that you can walk into your library, place your books on a piece of wood, swipe a card, touch in a number, the list of books appears on the screen and you click to return them. Job done.
Well, to be honest it seemed more exciting at the time than it does now, reading back what I have written. Perhaps it would add some excitement if I added that you can also renew your books in this way? No? Oh dear, well it brightened up my rather wet Saturday.
