I spent a bit of time reading my blog from 4 years ago earlier. I hadn't remembered how little I was enjoying my job. I hadn't realised how positive my work life is now. I was aware the frustrations I have are mostly related to the management rather than the bit that makes up the majority of my work - the classroom. Of course it helps that I am not travelling huge distances daily, or at weekends for that matter.
Can I have some good interview questions to ask please? (As the interviewer that is).
