I am always frustrated by the weather. if its cold or if its hot I struggle in some way. At the moment it is still tiredness. No matter how hard I try with challenging learners, I accept that there are staff who have much more ability to help them than me. All I can do is my best, but frequently that is not enough. My voice is naturally quite powerful so often it sounds like I'm shouting when I'm not. that has its uses and its disadvantages, as people being annoyed with others often doesn't help. Part of my job is getting people to do homework. Whether the learner likes it or not, homework must be done. Get into the habit early, cos once you get to GCSEs, the work load will increase 10 fold.
