Well whaddya know? The Holy Father shot that one out of left field! Georg has been appointed Prefect of the Pontifical Household (so he's in charge of the Pope's household, I think), and he has been appointed a titular archbishop (one who is not involved with a diocese, but bears the title of Bishop or Archbishop). He will also continue as the Pope's chief private secretary. It will be a big role, with a lot of work, and people who think he has too much influence already will not be impressed, but I am delighted! :D
