for the time being, anyway.
I wrote a long post earlier this evening but found I couldn't logout properly. When this happened a couple of days ago, the post managed to save itself. It didn't this time - and I haven't got time to write it all out again - so gone are the delights of Wissenschaftswissenschaft and being annihilated by my client. Hey ho.
I'm signing off for a week - popping over to the Vaterland to see the Lödgerin, amongst other things. No doubt the Germans will be euphoric as they have beaten Portugal 3:2 in Euro 2008 tonight. I shall be pretending to be some nationality other than English as we didn't manage to field a team. The Germans will find this hilarious. I wonder if I can pass myself off as coming from say, the Falkland Islands....?
