Reaction save and gorgeous graphics...

These are beautiful. Picked up the latest Computer Arts Projects magazine (£7.50, sigh) mainly for a picture by the artist. Lovely stuff and will take the idea into college sometime... Also: was in the park earlier and made a reaction save which I was quite surprised I was capable of. Basically a small child climbed to the top of the spiral slide in the park and, despite being quite small and obviously a little nervous, decided to go down the slide backwards. Within a couple of inches he'd flipped over twice, slid out of the slide and went down the outside of it balanced on his chest and neck. A smidge more and he'd have fallen out completely and six foot down to the ground which was covered in that horrible fake soft tarmac stuff that makes breaks worse than a clean snap by cushioning the impact but not the fall. Anyhow, surprisingly, I managed to catch the kid as he bounced down and not out. Was quite impressed with myself in that respect - didn't think I could move that fast... The mum came up, thanked me, shouted at the kid and he went back up the slide to go down the right way the next time. Funny old world. Apart from that been doodling away on one project and writing away on another. Occasionally twittering about it and, if you haven't added me and want to do so (see: funny old world) then it's www.twitter.com/kercal
