In reverse order:

Three weeks time is Messenger launch gig. I'm really lucky and excited to have four groups singing at the gig who are all bands or solo musicians that I love to pieces. It's at the Boileroom is well which is ace.

Next week: Guildford Big Book Draw 4. The Dragon and his Princess are back and, apart from the fact that that means a huge amount of work when I have not really enough time to do so, I'm looking forward to it. Partially because I love working with groups doing community artwork projects and partially because I'm always ably assisted by people from youth groups, students and others who I'm very fond of.

Today? Well, I'm meeting my dad later to go to a book festival thing, but that's not the most exciting thing... Good friend's sister had a baby and dog has had puppies and we get to see baby James today.. Exciting but...

Advance copies of Messenger arrived in the post today... :) :D Very exciting (for me at least). Pix to follow. Hats off to Sandie Boccacci and Leigh Hurlock for doing so amazingly well with the hospital pass of a design job (have a look, you'll see what I mean) and to DLT for having the courage to publish what is a very different book indeed.

Very excited me :)

Currently listening to: Radio 5/Eamon Holmes - although I don't know why, can't bear the show... It's the only thing on Radio 5 (apart from the Derbyshire phone ins) that I turn off if it's on. Currently playing: Fifa 09. Did I hear 5 - 0 Kev?. Currently working on: Messenger launch party stuff/Guildford Book Fest stuff oh yes...
