I've got tomorrows update sorted, thats no probs (courtesy of the Surrey Advertisers up to the minute reporting system), and wasn't aiming to post until then.. But in a case of classic comedy timing thought I'd mention something about classic comedy timing.
Wifey was cooking chocolate crispy cakes and standing in front of a wall mounted cupboard, I opened the door of it and accidentally whacked her around the head with a string bag of onions that hung down from the door handle. Tried to apologise but was hindered by the fact that I was giggling about it too much. Then I called my daughter in to see what had just happened, which meant that I had to hit wifey around the head with the bag of onions again. For some reason this was about the sort of time when her patience wore out and her trying to hit my nose with a spoon full of chocolate crispy stuff.
Daughter ordered us to stop, mainly because she had been promised the spoon after Ju had finished... son had the wooden spoon (daughter had the metal one which had been used to get the into the paper cake cases) and soon son looked like he had been attacked by a oil slick in a snog frenzy.
Also listened to the radio interview with daughter snuggled up on an old green armchair. Very pleasant although she thought I was very rude to have interupted Julia Fisher once. Shocking. Apart from that seemed to go OK, unless someone wants to email me and tell me otherwise. Did wonder if I laid it on a bit thick sometimes (OK I did I know it), especially when talking about the non-church friendly kid who had read the book. for the benefit of clarification when I meant aggresively non-c I meant in terms of language rather than actions and also to clarify I think that that one person is extremely likeable as well... Didn't want people to think I thought otherwise in any way...
Currently listening to: Radio 5 'cos I can't be bothered to move and change itCurrently playing: The final warthog bit in Halo until I can book some time in for me to play rather than kids watching cbbc or other...
