OK OK I know that I am the most impatient person in the world.. But waiting to hear back from various sources about various projects is doing my noodle in.

Big, deep, heartfelt sigh.

Anyhow:

Lovely news just in which is the second lovely surprise in a week.

Different news: one of the youth group + church kids (of whom I can't say much for fear of her getting tetchey about me wanting to repeat one of my favo stories of book 1 about) spotted something in the book (and had done previously to be fair) that had gone unfixed. First person to also spot it gets a t-shirt or something. It amazes me how many little mistakes are in the book in a way... :~) Anyhow, one character changes his name halfway through, which I'd have thought someone would have spotted.

Also: was at the schools prayer group yesterday. Was a good time, but it was the outside bits that seemed to be the reason for me to be there. Saw and spoke to a group of youth groupers and church kids on the way in which was ace, but on the way out saw that one of the youth groupers was crying in a corner. Went over and asked how he was and he said that a group in his class had been bullying him or all things over the fact that he said when he grew up he wanted to be a builder... Anyhow, we were chatting when the relational worker walked over and started to chat, then another kid walked up as well. It worked out that the kid who stopped was in the class that the upset kid was due to be in and offered to go in with him as well. Not only that, but this is the coolest thing, his dad was a builder so he said he didn't think anyone should have a go at him for it. Nice one God. Lovely provision. Hopefully more chat shall be had at youth group on friday.

Currently listening to: Gorillaz: G-sides, in the absence of being able to buy the next CD, the title of which I'm unsure about anyhow. Currently playing: Advance Wars 1. Onto Mish 17 yayness. Currently proof reading: Dr Sylver and the ahem of the ahem, completed half. Currently 24 guess: The world will blow up into small little pieces maybe. How far are we into this season in the UK anyhow? They're going to be running out of disasters to be happening in this series soon.
