So this weekend Library had something of an unusual honour of being the sponsor of a flower arrangement at the Guildford Flower Arranger's annual show off. Alan Bennet famously said 'if you think wrestling is violent you should see flower arranging clubs' and on the whole I have to say he probably got it spot on....
Unsurprisingly had to change the text I first came up with, but wasn't a problem and, in as much as I know two or three flowers by name, I thought the arrangement looked pretty nice all told.
Loads to talk about, starting as Youth Arts Worker and the like, but much also to do so shall have to come back in laters...
