Oven.

Plumped for a £75 argos BUSH oven in the end. Seems nice enough, have to keep it hidden from Stephen though. It's small (ish), shiney, has dials on and goes ding on occasion. All things that he is drawn to like a magpie.

Anyhow, sidetracked. It's time now for an earth shattering exclusive red hot piece of news the like of which has yet to be heard anywhere at all. Ever.

The biggest book of the Guildford Book Festival went on show earlier in the day, installed by myself and with help from father in law (thanks Paul) and Thomas at the 'leccy. Picture below. It's a shame it can't be readable as is but the sheer weight of it means that space is a defining issue. The book is so heavy that it has to be split in three parts to carry, and the table was wide enough for the three parts, so the decision was sort of made. The book will also be online soon and I'll post the link here when it comes online. It won't be before friday though, mainly because monday to wednesday I'm busy all ways round with the mini-books sessions, also at the Electric Theatre. And did I mention that they were all sold out :) Thus making me the most sold out writer on the Guildford Book Festival (by session, not bums on seats if I'm honest, and ironically it's all about the art side of things this year, although I hope that next year will I'll be at the festival talking about Dr Sylver 2 and a couple of other projects, as well as the Big Book Draw 2 and mini-book sessions...)

Anyhow: this is what the book looks like in situ:

More news as it comes in.
