Still not an ongoing theme (number 6 of...)

Pie night in the Keystone last night and a friend who's having a couple of roadbumps asked me if I wanted to join him. My day at work had been sufficiently rubbish to jump at the chance so there I was, waiting for him, and what are you going to do when waiting for someone to arrive but doodle on the iPod touch. Or is that just me? Anyhow I enjoy the doing of these as there is a definite time bonded issue (how long the pint will last :) ) and a nice ambience - certainly where I was which was very pleasant and a nice oasis of calm is a slightly stormy week. What I haven't found is which one of the two sides I like the most nor a way to integrate each like the most if I were to find a middle ground. Maybe a double vision image is most in keeping with the subject matter? Anyhow I'm aiming to expand the theme out a little sometime if I can - maybe starting with another pie yum :) but certainly food and maybe place related stuff.... Not decided, for the most part I'm still heavily into Wombat (three weeks in, two more weeks worth of stuff drawn and the youth work side of it starts, gulp, tonight :) ) so it's all go. In related news I fell asleep while walking from one job to another a couple of days ago. That's the second time in my life I've done that and I'm trying to calm things down a little in order to not go for a third time :) That said, it's time to head off for work... Coffee is drunk and bags as light as I can make it. Onwards.
