One other thing, more of a confession really.. when I was on Southern Counties radio the other day the DJ picked out the names quickly while the news was being played and there we go, entirely above board and all that. Anyway, he asks me to get ready to read out the names during one of the breaks in broadcasting and that's fine so I glance down at the names drawn.
It's at that point that I'm shocked to find that in the boys aged 0-8 category there's one name in there twice. I mean I cannot even begin to understand who that came about, I'd written out all of the names, Ju had checked it and then I'd redone it all the night before. It was only later that wifey said, oh.. I wondered if one of those was a scrap piece of paper so I just put it back in. And then it got picked. With the other one. Out of 15 or so names.
Yay.
So, thinking quickly I grabbed the first one that was now in the mish mash of names who hadn't won a prize and replaced the name that was duplicated.
That was when I noticed the radio show had a webcam.
Anyhow, confession over. Prizes being bundled up and I feel like Father Christmas so that's a nice thing at least.
