So it was son boys 9th birthday on Sunday and, as is the way of things, we had the school friends party on Saturday and the family party on Sunday. HE enjoyed running around, jumping, eating things he's normally very limited on (because of some of the effects of digestion in autism we've been part of a long term project to see how yeast/sugar tolerance affects mood/emotional balance.
It was a lot of fun, the parties, not the project, until he suddenly said the immortal words 'I feel sick'.
You can guess what happened then.
But the rest of it was a lot of fun, even if we haven't managed to get rid of the smell two days later, two washes later and all of the doors/windows open.
Adding a little to what Dave said on his site Amazon posting did let me down a little as well :( ah well, Chocolate Cruch Percy (I kid you not) did arrive a couple of days later than anticipated so was a nice surprise for last night at least.
Finally: Both CS4 and Pixelmator Tempo look a bit lush. Looking forward to getting to play with both.
Also finally, have had a stinking cold for three weeks now which now seems to have been two colds back to back, which is fun. On friday I went out to first gig in ages and both felt wretched and totally entrances by the music. Susie Clarke opened for Newton Faulkner and both were totally amazing. Glad I made it, even if I did look like a green zombie the next day...
