that all manicurists are Vietnamese?

I noticed this in London, where it wasn't too surprising. The main salon I used to go to was all-Vietnamese, and there was also a mainly Black hair salon with a Vietnamese manicurist (I was the only white person, client or stylist), but up here in the rainy North West, there are absolutely no Vietnamese people - apart from the manicurist and her son (also a manicurist - an odd profession for a 19-year-old boy, but there you go). We have a medium-sized Chinese community, including a lot of Chinese students, a small Thai extended family that run a restaurant and a nice pan-Asian food shop, and quite a few Malaysian/Indonesian students, but as far as I know no other Vietnamese people.

I have a feeling I've asked this question before... and not got an answer.
