After having a great weekend away I got back to find a card for a parcel that the postman had tried to deliver. I debated whether to go down there and get it but finally managed to get through on the phone yesterday morning to ask for it to be redelivered this morning.

Got home yesterday to find another card for a parcel which the postman had tried to deliver while I was at work. So I needn't have bothered since I'll probably have to go and get the other one. Maybe, I thought, they'll realise and bring them both.

At 7.55am when I was deep in slumber was woken from a dream (thankfully not in which I was pregnant, have had 3 dreams like that recently, can only explain in terms of multiple pregnancies and births of friends!) by the parcel man (rather than the regular post man). Oh dear. That means the other packet was brought by the regular postman so there's no hope of any communication regarding my availableness today - and the parcel man comes early enough I could have had it redelivered any day at all - and the other postman comes at a time when I can only guarantee I'll be in if I'm in all day. And usually comes while I'm out on Saturday.

Frightfully exciting these decisions. Do I ask for redelivery tomorrow when I hope I or a neighbour will be in? Or do I go down there tomorrow in person?? Watch this space (well, don't, because I probably will forget).
