Well I did another 8 miles yesterday - in this heat! as a friend said, but it was cooler than in London, from Fishbourne to West Wittering. A lot of it was shady and there was a nice cool breeze too... I must remember to take my binoculars next time, though since I don't know what any of the birds are it might be a bit difficult to identify them. A very nice pub owner didn't charge me for my soda and lime, too. Hoorah for the people of West Sussex
With 3 miles near Edinburgh last weekend I'm not doing too badly... and no blisters this time! either my feet are getting harder or my shoes are getting softer.
