We feel so relieved after this weeks visit with the SW. We seemed to manage to "click" just a little bit more, or at least begin our transporter beam journeys from the same starting point this week. Today we did that page on the form F form that we really hadn't been looking forward to. The one where you have to go through a list of about 40 different situations that a child could bring to family life and say either "yes", "no", or "open to discussion". She helped us look at each situation realisticly and bring up points to consider and even though I had been expecting that she might disagree with our thoughts on each situation, she often seemed to think we had made an appropriate decision.
So she's taken the homework we had prepared for her on our family backgrounds and support networks away with her and next week she will be meeting with me to discuss my upbringing. [bites lip]
