A Silly Game :)

Ramblin' Folkie had her birthday party last night. It was great. There were rather amazing numbers of wibloggers there, which was cool. More pictures, and details will follow - but for now, I'm in a silly game mood. The photo below was taken at the party and is of a Swansea wiblogger, but one who successfully managed to disguse himself. The question is (to people who weren't at the party), who is it?
