Just checking in briefly. I've had an amazing few days - church pantomine, SCM gathering and Martyn Joseph concert - so lots of excitedness and laughter. We went to see our church panto on Thursday night, and didn't stop laughing throughout. On Friday we travelled up to Birmingham for the SCM gathering - it was great to have time and space to worship, socialise and plan future events with good friends. Last night we went to see Martyn Joseph and Stewart Henderson in concert in Zac's Place, and saw Chalky there, which was quite exciting. MJ and Stewart were amazing. The way they merged Stewart's poems with Martyn's melodies, worked really well and often made the words more powerful. Anyway, I've gotta be back in my lecture in 10 minutes, so had better go, but will be back when I have the time, with some more spiritual stuff.
