Whilst looking through an old local newspaper in a cafe the other day, I noticed that our borough council has some funding it seems keen to give away. The initial date for registration of interest has passed, but the longer term deadline still stands. A quick chat with Jeff assured me that contacting the relevant person may well be a good idea. No harm in trying, eh?
And who said that time spent drinking tea and reading the paper in a cafe was not well spent?
