Our four-legged friends are back at work. Lovely, just what you need at your doctor's surgery. So far they're only on the floor where my office is (hooray - not). The same cleaner who despatched the previous mice by clubbing them to death with a hoover attachment and then flushing them down the staff toilet (as outlined in Chorister's Mouse Tales thread here on the wibsite) was sent to get rid of the little fella spotted yesterday evening. I decided not to ask how it met its end, as it's bound to just be too gross. But I'll be bringing my own cutlery in from now on, as I know where it's been, and know that it hasn't been crapped on by furry things. Ick.
[Edit: certain of my loyal readership base may know to which surgery I am referring. Please be reassured it will in no way affect the standard of care received. Or if you do still worry, you didn't hear it from me, OK? :D]
