Diary of a detox diet - day 2

Breakfast: Same as yesterday, but with an apricot rather than a banana.
Lunch: rice cakes with Manuka honey. Followed by blackberries and blueberries (left over from yesterday) and an apple.
Dinner: Jacket potato drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with flaxseeds (linseeds). Accompanied by lightly steamed carrot and purple sprouting broccoli, and a salad of tomatoes, cucumber and beetroot sprinkled with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and pine kernels. Which was simple but delicious. Afters was a small bunch of grapes and a kiwi fruit. I still think cream would help, but will try not to fantasize too much about it.
Drinks: As yesterday. Camomile tea still horrible.
Today's Exercise: walking to and from work, and gym.
Good thing about today: No celery in the veg box (hooray!).
Number of chocolate cravings: 0, but I did fancy a sugary cereal bar a couple of times.
Side effect du jour: Woke up with a headache, but to be fair I get quite a lot of headaches anyway so probably can't blame the diet. It's apparently common to get headaches when you cut out the caffeine, but as I only have one cup of tea a week and haven't drunk coffee for nearly 20 years I can't blame that. Oh, and I'm still weeing a lot.

Encouraged to check the weightwatchers points value of all my food (even though Carol Vorderman said I wasn't supposed to) - it comes to pretty much exactly my points limit, but unlike usually the last couple of days I've been so full I've not been remotely tempted to snack. So hopefully I'll lose a bit of excess blubber as well as flushing out my system.

In other news, here are my Wightmeet photos.
