Diary of a detox diet - day 8 (week 2!)

Weekly weight loss 2kg (that's 4.4 lbs for those who work in old money) - hooray!
Breakfast: Muesli, with a banana.
Lunch: Salad consisting of tomatoes, cucumber, rocket, bean sprouts and yellow pepper, followed by rye crackers with manuka honey, an apple and an apricot.
Dinner: Heated up potato and cauliflour curry from yesterday. I preferred it without the rice, and treated myself to a blob of mango chutney - isn't it sad how easily pleased I can be? Afters was strawberries and raspberries, followed by some mixed seeds and some raisins.
Drinks: Bought some fennel tea today which is a much nicer alternative.
Today's Exercise: I'm off to the gym in a bit.
Good thing about today: Yesterday's spot is going down already.
Number of chocolate cravings: 0 whilst at work, but I've bought some chocolate for someone from the Ship and it has been sitting on the table looking at me alluringly. Will post it tomorrow and hopefully the temptation will go with it.
Side effect du jour: nothing much of note today, thankfully!
