Felt a bit more human today so went back to work. Discovered this evening that having a weepy counselling session with a cold is a bit messy though! Snot, tears, tears, snot ... I'm glad I was in a safe place, I didn't look pretty!!!
Aptly enough, as I come to the end of this diet (only 3 days more to go, not that I'm counting or anything) I'm currently watching the film "Supersize Me", about a guy who only eats at McDonalds for a month. It's quite, quite gross. I almost feel like I would if I was staring at a car crash - the more I watch it the less I want to, but the more I have to. Yuck. Yuck yuck yuck.
