Phooey - as if smelly nappies weren't enough, a strange plumbing problem (which is possibly a sewer problem and may require the digging up of the floor in that particular room) meant that there was a very pungent and quite quite disgusting cabbagey smell in my baby clinic today, which the air freshener didn't begin to touch. Yuck yuck yuck. Oh well, at least we haven't got mice at the moment.
Yup, definitely time to move on, I think!
