1. Denial
2. Realisation of the enormity of the task and lack of time in which to complete it
3. Initial enthusiasm as things fit neatly into room-specific boxes
4. Despair as despite millions of boxes seeming to be packed, there seems to be just as much as ever still to pack
5. Gritty determination to do some more
6. Defiant "oh sod it" attitude stuffing any old thing into any old box
7. More despair, compounded by getting scarily low on cardboard boxes
8. New ways of procrastination sought out
9. Denial

Argh. Removal men are here in a week.
