I had really good intentions (!) of skiving church this morning to do all the work I need to do before next week (Russian translation, reading for tutorials, develop questions for tutor groups, Romanian reading, preparation for supervision, etc etc etc, not to mention sorting out who I've got to contact about getting work done on the Stately Pile) ... but I slept really badly so ended up just sleeping most of this morning. So not only did I miss church, I didn't get any work done either. There must be more to life than this!
Ian, I'm not at the retreat till next weekend - can't wait though. I need a change of scenery.
Forgot to mention, there was an article in the Grauniad this week about political bloggers, and a great quote I really liked from one of the bloggers featured: "On the Internet, everyone is famous for 15 people".
PS At some point yesterday this blog went past 12,000 visitors since it started. So that's 800 hits each for my 15 people. Haven't you anything better to do? ;)
