I've been asked by someone I know to participate in a (very short) questionnaire as part of the PhD research of a friend of hers. I'm always glad to help out, not least because I hope that when my time comes there will be people willing to help me. Anyway, the researcher (who is Russian, doing her PhD in linguistics in Russia) is looking for native English speakers who live in the UK to complete the questionnaire, and I offered to help out - so if anyone of my UK readers who know my email address (sorry I'm not going to include it here) would be willing to do it, please email me and let me know and I can send the questionnaire on to you. It's 2 pages, and should only take a few minutes to complete. Anyone interested, do get in touch - I'll send the blank questionnaire to you, for you to send back to me so I can pass them all back to the researcher (I won't read your responses). Thanks folks.
