Slightly late this week, so this loss is for a bit more than a week.
Weekly(and a bit) weight loss: 1.1kg
Running total: 2.1 kg (c.5 lbs)
I can't quite get my head round this, given that this past week saw the end of Lent, and Easter eggs for breakfast. Mind you, I still have 3kg to go to get back to last year's start weight, so it looks like I'm in it for the long haul.
