I know it's not the greatest photo, but having spent the last I don't know how long shivering away and thinking winter's never going to end (I know I know, it hasn't even got going yet), I was delighted to find this little cluster of snowdrops today. I think spring might happen this year sometime! Hooray!.

I'm more pleased with this second picture. The sun really struggled today, and never managed to pierce the clouds and bless us with any heat. But it did still manage to make its presence felt - here it is peering through winter trees in Kelvingrove Park.
