7th August:
We are currently househunting (ooh it's very exciting, in a very scary kind of way). This cemetery is near a house we like very much. I'll say more about it if anything comes of it.
6th August:
On the way back from down south to home, we stopped by Ironbridge (which we visited in February last year). We had bought a museums 'passport' which entitles you to unlimited visits to all the museums for a year, but after that if there are any you haven't visited (they punch a hole next to the name of each museum the first time you visit) you can still use the passport to get into those for free. We had visited 4 museums last time, but hadn't made it to Blists Hill Victorian Town Museum which as the name suggests is a fully recreated Victorian town. It was absolutely fascinating and we could have spent much longer there lingering over everything if we hadn't had such a long journey still to do. This picture is of a vintage advert that made me smile - it all sounds so enticing! :)
