Wow, three posts in one day - it must be all that energy I've got what with being so young and all :D

As promised, here are the various links and photos from the last few days. So, Maddie and Dave and I went and had a tour of the Glasgow School of Art (NB the link doesn't seem to be working at the moment but it is the right one - try again later). It was rather good and very interesting, although I wasn't so sure about the temporary photographic exhibition that is there at the moment (with photos from the National Archive apparently). I'm sure a big photo of a used tea bag on a rubbish dump is art (it was in a frame after all) but I can't say I'd choose to display it over my fireplace (which, being the ugliest fireplace in the world, really requires something a bit more aesthetically pleasing I think). Anyway, although we weren't able to take photos inside as it is a working art college and they muttered something about copyright reasons, we did take some pictures of the outside which is also rather fine, and here are a couple:

I like on the first one that you can make out the lampposts which are also Charles Rennie Mackintosh, as well as showing better the three-storey windows, and in the second one it gives a sense of the steepness of the hill. Fortunately it wasn't a very big hill, but it was very steep indeed.

And then to the Brecon Beacons, where HD and I went waterfall hunting. Here are a couple of pictures, the first of one of the waterfalls we found, and the second of the scariest bit of rock climbing.
