Revelations in my comments of Yay's and Girlinthegarret's Lindt binges notwithstanding, so far (OK less than 24 hours - work with me here) I have not succumbed to the promptings of the evil chocolate monster. Though frankly, after the morning I had I could have been forgiven for stuffing my face full of the stuff. I was woken up at 5.30 am (that's 3.30am in your English pounds) by the dog that has adopted our block yapping his head off outside my window. He continued to do that all morning. No wonder I've got high blood pressure. Then I went to pay the gas bill, and stood in a queue for 3/4 of an hour. Which felt a tad excessive for a bill of 15 lei (about 3 pounds), especially as the sun was shining (woe! ;) ) and it really was a bit on the hot and sweaty side. I did treat myself to a very nice (though somewhat unfortunately-named) placinta, which is a pastry type thing, and it had onions in it so that's one of my 5 a day sorted.
