need to be disciplined (*sigh*)

This is going to be really tedious so I don't mind at all if you don't read it! But I figured if I put all this out in the public domain then I'll be more disciplined in doing something about it.

So here goes:

Diet: despite going to the gym 3 times a week for the last couple of months and genuinely feeling fitter and less lardy, I've not lost an iota of weight. Some of my favourite clothes are still too tight, and so I need to lose lbs as well as firm up the flabby bits. According to my scales this morning I was 73.5kg, around about the same weight I've been all year. This is way too much. I'm aiming to reach and stay below 65kg (that's lose just over a stone in old money!), so as well as the exercise this is how I'll do it:

Maximum one bar of chocolate per day (unsurprisingly, since Easter Sunday I've had [ahem] considerably more than that.
No eating between meals.
Lots of fresh veg.
Not too much bread and pasta.
No nibbling after 7pm, unless I'm eating out.

(The first two are the most important, as they're the two I'm most likely to break). I hereby commit to posting up my weight weekly, Bridget Jones stylee - hopefully that will shame me into not lapsing!

Study: I have my exam in a week and a half (eek) and have 3 fat folders full of notes and articles to revise. So far I still haven't got all the way through the first one. So the plan is:

Finish making revision notes on the first folder by the end of today (Saturday).
Finish making revision notes on the second by the end of Monday.
Finish making revision notes on the third by the end of Friday.

Next weekend and the following Monday: go through revision notes, plan essay answers.
Tuesday 27th - D-Day. Aargh.
