When drinking in a bar where a glass of wine costs more than you'd usually pay for a pretty decent bottle of wine, gesticulating to emphasise your important conversational point whilst holding said glass of red wine is A Bad Idea. I don't think I need to describe the scene. Let's just say it went everywhere, including turning my friend's equally expensive glass of white wine into a nasty rosé. I'm such a laydee.
