Sometimes working in the health service delivers some unexpectedly silly laughs which lighten up the day no end. Like this one for instance:

Over the weekend one of my more anxious client families took their young baby to A&E (ER for US readers) and when we received the report from the hospital docs they had entered as their clinical diagnosis "acquired obstruction of the nasal cavity (bilateral)". Reading further, I discovered that what they actually meant was "dried bogeys up each nostril".
