Stunning singing and scary organisation

Not stunning singing by me sadly - though I'd love more than pretty much anything else to be a good folk singer. Well, apart from being a good folk whistle player. Neither of those will be happening any time soon though.

But - I'm just listening to my new purchase: Kate Rusby's new album "Underneath the Stars". She's so brilliant - my current favourite singer. I'm gutted I'm going to be in Scotland when she's playing down the road in Croydon - just my luck.

In other news, I'm making progress on the "To Do" list from a few days ago. I've one of the two interviews arranged (the other person is on holiday till next week so hopefully that'll get sorted out next week, I've sent the email anyway which I'd been putting off as I was a bit scared to be honest - I don't want to blow this interview as I'd love to do some consultancy work for his organisation in the future so want to make a good impression). I've also sorted out the uniform and Induction Day attendance for the hospice next week, and I'm going to start the work for the essay this coming weekend - which is incredibly organised for me, normally I do it all the weekend before the essay's due, but this time the weekend before is Greenbelt and as it's the last essay before the dissertation submission I can't have an extension, so I have to be more organised whether I like it or not. And I'll try and sort out the other two items on the list (language lessons and meeting at UpNorth University) in the next couple of days.

I can't believe I'm being so organised, it's so not like me. I haven't even got a temperature! (though I have had a couple of glasses of wine, which may well have helped :D )
