I was flicking through my entries for this month and realised that a fortnight ago I was raving on about the idea of doing the PhD and how it was so "me" and how health visiting was really not any more. And here I am now, loving health visiting, and wondering if this is in fact the right time at all for me to be thinking about changing to a PhD course. I don't know. I'm all confusticated.
In other news, I phoned up a woman from personnel today about a training course I'm meant to be on later this week (about Agenda for Change, ironically enough given my feelings on that). When I told her who it was calling this American voice practically shrieked "Groovy!" (it turned out she'd been trying to call me unsuccessfully for a while). I wish everyone was so pleased to hear from me.
