2 weeks after the burglary, and still my 2nd glazing quote hasn't arrived, so I still have to sit here at the computer under a blanket because it's so cold and I can't get the insurance company to authorise getting the window fixed. I know it's been Christmas and bank holidays and whatnot, but I'm not happy and they'll be getting a piece of my mind tomorrow morning. I'm just about to try to fix my curtain poles so I can at least get curtains back up - haven't been much able to face stuff like this, and having outside companies not being bothered either really hasn't helped.
In other news, I'm out of here and offline for a few days. Back blogging (unless I get an irresistible urge beforehand) on the 5th. So wishing you all a very happy and peaceful new year, with lots of (good) surprises and many blessings. I think for quite a lot of us 2004 has been quite tough one way or another - here's praying for an easier and better year next year for you all.
