  Book covers from SCM Canterbury Press | As if I haven't got enough books and tapes to listen to, a new delivery has arrived: Archbishop Rowan Williams' Ponder These Things (Praying with Icons of the Virgin) and The Dwelling of the Light (Praying with Icons of Christ).
I'm greatly looking forward to reading these books and the wise words contained therein from Archbishop Williams. While sometimes I'm often confused by his words, most times I have gained great benefit from his preaching and teaching: the Anglican Communion, and Christainity in general. is truly blessed to have him in my opinion. I'm also hoping, via the grace of God, to develop a deeper understand of icons and praying with them. |
