I went to see Tim Burton's Corpse Bride tonight. Loved it. Absolutely loved it. I went to see it on my own, as I often do with movies; while I enjoy discussing them afterwards, and enjoy making (quiet) comments throughout to friends, I do often go on my own. Some people find this odd: perhaps it is, but that's me.
I found it a very enjoyable way to spend a Friday night. The story was engaging, the characters were very well done, plenty of good humour (both obvious and subtle), and the music and songs -- WOW; the fantastic music and songs! You can listen to a few of them here.
