And apologies I haven't been reading all of your blogs as I love to do: but I'm sure you understand. Hopefully I can get back to them this weekend: I really do miss reading what you're all up to!
Tomorrow is the Fourth Sunday of Great Lent in the Eastern Orthodox Calendar, and the Fourth Sunday of Great Lent commemorates St John of the Ladder, who I took as my name saint when I was chrismated last year. After missing church last week, I'm looking forward to, God willing, returning and celebrating the life and honouring the memory of St John. His feast day is March 30, which is one day after my birthday, so this week will hopefully be a particularly blessed one.
